New York Strips Unborn Children of Their Humanity

The heartless state senate of New York has passed legislation that allows the killing of a child right up to the point of giving birth.

The “Reproductive Health Act” redefines a “person” as “a human being who has been born and is alive” even though it allows for the killing of a baby after they have survived the attempted murder of a botched abortion too.

The bill takes away felony penalties for killing a child even when a mother does not want the child to die. Just a sick bit of legislation to say the least. Also, is there an anti-Christian bias in the media these days? Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez believes that billionaires are immoral and that the earth will end in 12 years. Really?

Raw Transcript:

The heartless New York State Senate passes a bill legalizing abortions up to the point of birth and is the mainstream media actually trending towards antichristian. Several stories in the last seven days say that maybe they are and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez calls billionaires and moral while saying that the world will end in just 12 short years. I am pastor Paul hole and this is the Bible factor. All right. One thing that really gets me going and certainly just brings up the righteous anger is anytime that people attack the well the defenseless and when abortion is promoted, the way that it has been promoted is just cruel and heartless and the New York State Senate has passed a bill legalizing abortion up to the point of birth. The New York Senate passed a radical pro abortion bill on Tuesday that would allow unborn babies to be a boarded basically for any reason up to the point of birth.

This, according to life news and metro reports, Metro reports, the bill passed after abortion activist pushed it for more than a decade in New York until now. It failed to pass the state senate because of Republican lawmakers, but that all changed in November when pro abortion Democrats were brought into control of both houses of the state legislature, a New York public radio reporter said that she heard a voice shout, may almighty God have mercy on this state, in the Senate. Soon after the vote was taken, the legislation goes way beyond Roe versus wade allowing abortions even when the supreme court has said states may regulate them. According to the pro life leaders, late term abortions, which currently are illegal in New York state, would be allowed and non doctors would be allowed to perform them. The bill appears to restrict late term abortions, but it adds a broad health exemption for abortions.

After 24 weeks. The exception would allow women to abort unborn babies up to nine months of pregnancy for age economic, social economic factors rather than the biological defin definition of health that normally comes to mind according to New York, right to life. Now, if you notice those categories pretty much cover every aspect of a person’s life, age, economic, social, and emotional factors. I mean really what’s left uncovered by that definition, so even though there is some age restrictions, the exceptions pretty much eliminate those restrictions. The state Senate minority leader or majority leader, sorry, Andrea Stuart cousins celebrated the legislation at a press conference on Tuesday according to the metro and she claimed the so called right to abortion is threatened by the new conservative US Supreme Court. She said, we thought at the time or at that time that because it was so fundamentally right for women to have autonomy over their body, we thought that it was a barrier we would never have to face against.

Your cousin said, whenever you have something that momentous, there’s always someone who wants to go back to the way things were so brick by brick. They began to rebuild that barrier. They were looking for a moment to overturn this decision that changed our lives. She said, we’re saying that here in New York, women’s health matters. We’re saying that here in New York, women’s decisions matter, and as I’ve said on many occasions, I believe in a woman’s right to make decisions over her own body. I just disagree about where that point is. You see, women except in the cases of violence have a choice over when they engage in the act that brings about pregnancy, sexual activity. We have learned through science causes, pregnancy and many women that when a woman gives permission for a man to enter into a well sexual relations or intercourse, sexual intercourse, that there is always even when you’re using birth control, the possibility that you can become pregnant, that a woman can become pregnant, and so anytime you give consent to engage in sexual activity, you are surrendering the right over your body to allow another human being, whether they be male or female, to come in and inhabit your body.

The fact is, we know what causes pregnancy and women give permission when they voluntarily engage in sexual activity. The fact is that you women do have a right to their own health and to their own bodies, but they don’t have a right to a another person’s body, namely the child that they have allowed to be conceived in their body. Pro Abortion. Governor Andrew Cuomo also supports the bill. He even went so far as to threaten to hold up the budget until the legislature legislature passes it, which wasn’t really a threat because it was a democratic controlled legislature, so it was more grandstanding. The bill dub, the reproductive health act. Hey, there’s a nice euphemism redefines a person as a human being who has been born and is alive and describes abortion as a fundamental right. This language will allow unborn babies to be aborted for basically any reason up to birth in New York state.

Here’s the thing. What New York state has essentially done is stripped the humanity from the unborn. They are effectively saying that unborn children are not human beings. They do not have a right to be called human and they do not have a right to their own lives. That’s what it says when they redefined a person as a human being who has been born and is alive. They have said essentially that an unborn person is not a human being, is not a person they have stripped personhood from the unborn. This is just as evil as what the Supreme Court did in the dred Scott decision that Abraham Lincoln refused to honor. This is something that we should be very upset about. The fact is that science shows us that a life, a human life begins at the moment of conception. It fits the scientific definition of life, and if we were to find a set of cells on a far away planet, Captain Kirk on the enterprise would make that planet off limits. If you’re a trekkie, captain, Picard would declare that that planet could not be. Terraform, could not be in any way disturbed because the prime directive would kick in and yet in the state of New York, no, it’s not a human being. It’s not life. So therefore you have a right to kill it. See, we use these euphemisms such as abortion and know you’re killing a child and really they have taken away any restrictions whatsoever. There are not any third world that are so barbaric as the state of New York.

We should understand this and be clear about it at the state of New York and its representatives in the legislature and it’s governor are immoral and evil individuals for pushing and passing this legislation. I am passionate about this because I believe that every single human being is created in the image of God and they have rights. They have a right to live. I would be just as upset over any other human being of any ethnicity anywhere in the world if they were killed just because someone said they were not human. This is worse than the worst racist could ever hope to be.

The fact is that these people hate life. The legislation poses serious dangers to women’s lives as well and their rights to by removing protections from illegal abortions, the bill will open the door for abuses according to New York’s right to life, back alley abortion. This abusive partners or parents and others no longer would face charges for illegally killing an unborn babies. See, they stripped that as well. Even if the mother wanted her child in early December, a resident of Saratoga county was arrested for punching the stomach of a woman who is 26 weeks pregnant. Internet attempt to cause a miscarriage. The man was charged with abortion in the second degree, but under this new bill, the attacker would not have been charged with a felony. According to the Catholic news service protections for babies born alive after botched abortions also would end or the new bill. Additionally, the bill says the state cannot deny, regulate or restrict abortion.

Not even for common sense reasons such as parental consent for minors informed consent or limits. Untaxed rate tax payer funded abortions. New York state’s right to life predicted that the bill will lead to the suppression of pro lifers, freedom of speech and conscience as well. Doctors and nurses who refuse to help abort unborn babies could lose their jobs and prolife advocates could be persecuted for just speaking out for life already one of the most pro abortion states in America. New York state would become even more pro abortion pro death, if you will, if the law passes, and of course it will in 2016, Eighty 2,189 unborn babies were killed in New York state with about half tax payer funded according to the local news of these babies, 1,763 at least 20 weeks, meaning they may have been viable outside of the womb. Meanwhile, new polls indicates this radical pro abortion legislation is not what Americans want. According to a national poll conducted by Marist University, three and four Americans that 75 percent say abortion should be limited to our at most, the first three months of pregnancy. This includes most of those who identify as Republican, Ninety two percent independent, 78 percent and a majority of Democrats, 60 percent. It also includes more than six and 10 or 61 percent who identify as pro choice on abortion.

Well,

that is just secondhand, but it shouldn’t be surprising as we’re finding out that there is a growing antichristian sentiment in our country, especially among the media. Freshman Republican representative Dan Crenshaw of Texas, took to twitter on Tuesday to point out a troubling trend in recent media blunders not only does the media repeatedly air in ways that hurt the right and often specifically errors in ways that hurt Christians in the Tuesday tweet crenshaw highlighted for media blunders that occurred just this week.

Cologne.

Let’s see, buzzfeed published yet another bomb shell on Donald trump that blew up in the media members faces after special counsel took the unusual step of issuing a statement, specifically disputing the report. Mainstream media outlets failed once again to provide much coverage for the march for life, which is regularly the largest annual annual march in Washington DC. Many mainstream outlets also slandered the Covington Catholic students by perpetuating a false narrative depicting the teen boys as cruel, bigoted aggressors who harassed and mocked a native American protester. What video evidence shows that the boys were the ones who are harassed and mocked by activists and members of the media that raised all sorts of, uh, attention over Karen pence working for a Christian school that requires teachers and students to follow Christians moral teachings. And in fact, uh, we heard from Lady Gaga that bastion of morality saying that

Karen and Mike Pence, the vice president of United States are not true Christians because they oppose lgbt lifestyles and the school that Karen Pence, uh, is working at opposes those lifestyles. The final three stories, crenshaw pointed out, have a very clear connection to Christianity. Here’s his post media blunders this week, hardly any coverage of the march for life. Buzzfeed lies about the Koan case slandering Covington Catholic students over a false narrative and slandering Karen pence for working at a Christian school. Three out of four are fundamentally antichristian. And that’s just the last seven days. So is there a Antichristian bias in the media? You decide. All right, this story is kind of crazy. This one I have posted on the Bible factor.com, a representative Alexandria Casio Cortez says a lot of stuff. Most of it is wacky and a little unhinged. Why should we be paying attention to someone who never lets a trivial thing like facts get in the way of her outlandish statements?

In fact, she says that facts are relevant if you’re morally right, except where does she get her morality from? It’s not from scripture, it’s her own brand of morality. It turns out that in a recent poll, more than 70 percent of Democrats would consider her for the office of President if she were eligible. Keep in mind that she is only 29 years old and you must be 35 according to the United States constitution. Although at the rate we’re going, who knows, she’s able to break the break into the news cycle as she is considered to be the darling of the left and the nightmare of the right according to leaning pundants and Alex Alexandria Ocozzio Cortez herself. Many of her beliefs and ideologies are trendy among the more ignorant left and nonsensical to people living in the real world where facts matter. Take her statement over the weekend at the Martin Luther King Forum in New York City where she was interviewed by Ta Nyishi Coats.

She was asked if the very existence of billionaires was immoral. Her answer, I do think a system that allows billionaires to exist when there are parts of Alabama where people are still getting ring more because they don’t have access to public health is wrong. Now I don’t know what parts of Alabama he’s talking about, but everywhere in the United States you can get treatment for ringworm even if you don’t have the ability to pay hairpins her statements on climate change that just make you scratch your head. She says, and I think the part of it that is generational is that millennials and people in Gen x and all these folks that come after us are looking up to and we’re like, the world is gonna end in 12 years. If we don’t address climate change, your biggest issue, your biggest issue is how you’re going to pay for it and like this is the war.

This is our world war two, and I think for younger people looking at this are more like, how are we saying? Let’s take it easy when 3000 Americans died last year. How are we saying let’s take it easy when the in person died from are cruel and unjust, criminal justice system. And again, many of these statements are nonsensical because, well, what 3000 Americans she talking about, they didn’t die from global warming. I mean, come on and I don’t know what the point is here. The fact is that no one, and I mean not even the wills at, well I guess now the most radical people on climate change, I believe that the world’s going to end in 12 years. I mean, we waited for Al Gore’s predictions to come true. Uh, his deadlines have come and gone and he wasn’t even close. So the fact is that Alexandria Kazuyo Cortez is making nonsensical statements and really we might dismiss her thoughts as radical or even stupid.

But that’s a mistake because an increasing number of people agree with such thoughts. I mean, look at the fact that we now have a Democrat controlled House of Representatives nature at the national level here in my home state of New Mexico, the Democrats control the legislature and the governorship. And that has happened in many states across the country because people don’t recognize who they’re voting in and what their intentions are. They just think, oh, uh, I like how they dress or how they look or what they’re saying. They don’t actually dig into the meat of what’s being said. All right, let’s switch to something positive. Matthew Chapter Seven, the Lord Jesus in his sermon on the Mount, he tells us that we should be praying and when we get into asking, seeking and knocking like we find here in Matthew Chapter Seven, verse seven, we need to understand that Jesus is not telling us to give in to our flesh and to ask for anything like God is a great genie in the sky.

But no, he asks us to ask a courting to the will of the father. And that is borne out by the verses that follow. So Matthew Chapter Seven, verse seven says, ask, and it will be given to you. Seek and you will knock and it will be opened to you for everyone who asks receives and he who seeks finds and to him who knocks. It will be opened or what man is there among you who emphasis on asks for bread will give him a stone or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If then if you then being evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him? Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you do also to them for this is the law and the prophets and he follows that with enter by the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction and there are many who go in buy it because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life and there are few who find it.

You’ll see when we read the ask and it shall be given to you. Seek and you will find knock and it will be open to you. You have to read it in context and I did not read the full context. By the way. I would recommend that you read the sermon on the mount in its entirety, starting with the beatitudes that give us the heart that we need to approach God, that give us a closer walk to God and tell us that what we think and what we feel are just as important so that when we get to the point of ask and it will be given to you, we shouldn’t be seeking God’s will. We should be willing to walk the narrow way. When we are seeking God’s way and his righteousness, well, then the Lord will do amazing things in our life. He’s not a genie, but he does provide for us what we need to accomplish, the good things that we need in this life.

So here’s the thing. How many of us are praying not only for the state of New York, not only for the United States of America, but for our world and the amount of unborn children that are being killed each and every year. How are we willing to oppose these evil laws and these evil human beings who do not see the value of a single human life? Are we praying? Are we seeking God? Are we knocking? Are we willing to ask him for his will to be done and our states and our nation and in this world, look, I know this world is going to remain in perfect until Jesus returns, but does that mean we give up and stop fighting for the defenseless? No, I think that we fight even if we lose the battle, I know that we win the war, but how many children are suffering and dying because we remained silent or indifferent to the immorality that these people claim is morality? The evil of legislators and governors who are willing to kill children in such a way must be opposed. I’m pastor Paul Holt. May the Lord Richly bless you. Indeed, as you seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness. God bless you.
