The British atheist Richard Dawkins is once again attacking American politicians for holding to a Christian, and even worse, biblical worldview. Dawkins who is known for his sad little book “The God Delusion” has this time set his sights on presidential hopeful Ben Carson.
“You’ve just told me that all the Republican candidates except one say they don’t believe in evolution. I mean that’s a disgrace,” Dawkins said. “But for a senior, a very eminent distinguished doctor, as he is, to say that — it’s even worse, because, of course, evolution is the bedrock of biology. And biology is the bedrock of medicine.”
The man who believes that nothing created everything made such a foolish statement regarding Dr. Carson who is credited with inventing amazing breakthroughs in neurosurgery that are a direct result of having a creationist worldview, who is the disgrace?
Atheists like Dawkins are so arrogant in what they believe to be logical reasoning that they fail to realize their twisted and flawed line of thinking. No one has proven evolution, just because they believe it really, really hard does not make it so, like it or not it is a theory.
The greatest breakthroughs in science, contrary to people such as Richard Dawkins and Bill Nye the not so science guy, have occurred when brilliant men and women held a belief in God and His word.
Otherwise we would still believe the earth was flat instead of round, rotating on its axis and at the center of the universe, and we would not know that the universe operated under law given by a lawgiver.
If Dr. Ben Carson did not believe in a Creator, he would not have understood that there is order and purpose found in the human brain and without that order neurology would not be possible and surgery unpredictable.
There is a Creator, He knitted you together in your mother’s womb and He loved you enough to die on a cross to save you from your sin, any other theory is foolish and disgraceful thinking.
